Debbie DePompei is a Cleveland native and seasoned real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience in property, land use, and development. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Debbie began her real estate career in 1995 after relocating to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she was first licensed and specialized in residential and commercial real estate.

In 1996, Debbie transitioned into the telecommunications industry, providing site acquisition and land-use entitlements for major wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. Her expertise expanded into leasing and zoning multi-tenant communication tower sites for leading companies such as Mountain Union Telecom, InSite Towers, and Infra Towers.

In 2006, Debbie founded Turn-Key Telecom, a tower development consulting firm that successfully developed 20 multi-tenant sites across Nevada, Arizona, and Utah, later acquired by Crown Castle. She went on to form IntelliSites, LLC in 2009, which developed and sold 21 additional sites to American Tower Corporation in 2020.

Following that milestone, Debbie returned home to Cleveland and settled in North Royalton to be closer to family while winding down her telecommunications ventures. In 2021, she launched ALL IN Limousine, providing 5-star luxury limousine transportation throughout Northeast Ohio.

In December 2025, Debbie officially returned to her real estate roots, becoming a licensed Ohio real estate agent with Howard Hanna’s North Royalton office. She is proud to bring her deep industry knowledge, integrity, and client-first approach to buyers and sellers throughout Northeast Ohio.
